The Hudson is a 18 unit residential building located in Kensington. In partnership with Catalyst City Development, the project broke ground in Q2 of 2020 and delivered in May of 2021. The project is fully stabilized and managed by JG Realty.
The Hudson consists of four 2 bedroom apartments, fourteen one bedroom units, five parking spots and a fitness center for the residents.
