Southwood Properties recapitalized 1613 Walnut in January 2020. Originally a two story restaurant, the property underwent a full renovation in 2014, which converted it into Class A retail on the ground floor and loft style office space on the 2nd Floor. The retail is currently occupied by Pandora, a publicly traded, credit tenant who is the world’s 3rd largest jewelry store by sales. As part of the recap, Southwood re-tenanted the second floor office space.
